How to care for my lawn after scarifying?

You may notice that after scarifying, your lawn may look worse than when you started. Do not worry as this is completely normal. While scarifying is a harsh process, after roughly 6-8 weeks your lawn will bounce back stronger than before.

During this time its best/recommended to let your lawn grow for a minimum of two weeks before mowing, this will allow time for the additional sunlight, air and water to penetrate deep into your soil while it recovers. To give your lawn additional support, consider spreading a slow-release fertiliser. If there is no regular rain, water your lawn twice a week.
