How to Remove a Router bit to a RYOBI Trim Router

Safety First 

• Always disconnect battery/disconnect power cord before making any adjustments. 
• Always wear gloves while changing bits. 
   

For best access to the collet, remove the adjustable base. 

1. Press and hold the spindle lock button, located above the collet. 
2. Using the supplied wrench, unscrew the collet nut in an anti-clockwise direction to loosen and remove both the nut and the collet.
