Problem | Solution |
---|---|
Battery low on charge or insufficient battery size. | Check the battery is fully charged. Use a fully charged 4.0Ahr Battery; this will fire approximately 750 nails. |
Nailer not activated. | Check the RYOBI 18V ONE+ HP Brushless 30-34° Framing Nailer is activated; the LED will turn green when the trigger switch is pulled without the nosepiece depressed. |
Using incompatible nails. | Make sure you're using compatible nails. See: What type & size nails are suitable for the 18V ONE+ HP Brushless 30-34° Framing Nailer? |
Nails not in good condition. | Check if the nail is damaged or rusty. If so, replace your nails. |
Magazine not in the right position. | Check the magazines nail tensioner is in the correct position. See: How to fire nails with a RYOBI 18V ONE+ HP Brushless 30-34° Framing Nailer |
Not applying firm enough pressure. | Make sure you’re applying firm pressure with the tip of the Nailer depressed on to the workpiece before firing. |
Grip switch not depressed | With the nosepiece firmly depressed on the workpiece, make sure the grip switch is also depressed before pulling the trigger switch. |
