Why is my 18V/36V RYOBI Pole Pruner low on power?

12/12/2024, 21:04

If your RYOBI 18V or 36V Pole Pruner is low on power:

  • Check your battery’s charge level indicator. Batteries will lose power as the charge reduces. If your battery is nearly depleted you will experience lower power than a fully charged battery.
  • The larger the battery, the longer the chainsaw will run. If you have a smaller capacity battery and are finding it does not last long enough to complete your job, consider purchasing a larger capacity battery.
  • HP batteries will provide more power to the chainsaw and come in higher capacity, 6Ah and 9Ah packs. For the best experience of power and run time consider purchasing a HP battery.
