Complete the below checks to get your mower working

Safety key not inserted: The red safety key must be inserted and securely in position for the mower to start. To ensure it is inserted firmly remove the safety key and reinsert it firmly.

Battery not connected properly: Ensure the battery is adequately connected to the unit. Disconnect the battery, inspect battery contacts on both the tool and the battery. Make sure it’s clean and free from any dirt or debris. Clean with a dry rag if needed. Check the fuel gauge and ensure the battery has charge minimum 2 lights, re insert the battery ensure you hear a click.

Blade jammed with debris: Safety First: Power Down the Mower
Remove the battery and the isolator/red safety key from the mower. Wearing gloves, turn the mower on to its side. Check if the blade is obstructed or jammed by leaves, grass clippings, or foreign objects. If the blade cannot move freely, it can prevent the mower from starting. Carefully clear any obstruction with a blower, soft brush or rag ensuring that blade spins freely.

Grass catcher is full: If your lawn mower has a grass catcher, ensure that it is not overfilled. A full grass catcher can strain on the mower’s motor and prevent it from starting.

Telescopic handles not fully extended: For mowers with telescopic handles, the mower won’t start if this handle isn’t fully extended. Ensure the telescopic handles are fully extended, and the grass catcher or mulch plug is securely installed.
