• If the impact driver has multiple speed settings, select a higher speed setting via either the selector switch on the tool’s top or the foot.
• Make sure the highest speed is selected for the highest driving performance.
• Check the battery charge level via fuel gauge.
• If the battery is fully charged and still lacks performance, try another fully charged battery.
• Also, check your batteries in another tool to ensure the batteries are functioning properly.
• Check if the trigger can be fully depressed.

If the issue isn’t resolved, and it’s still within the warranty period, return it to Bunnings along with your receipt or proof of purchase for warranty assessment.
