Mode Selection 

• Most corded hammer drills are fitted with a mode selector switch located on the top of the tool.
• This switch allows you to alternate between: 

  * Standard drilling mode
  * Hammer drilling mode 

Usage Guidelines

• Hammer mode should only be used when drilling into masonry materials such as brick, concrete, or stone.
• Always use a masonry drill bit specifically designed for this purpose to ensure effective and safe operation. 

Troubleshooting 

If the mode selector is not functioning correctly:

• Inspect the selector switch for any debris.
• Clear away any obstruction that may be affecting movement.
• Gently actuate the selector to check for any stuck particles or resistance.

If the issue persists and your tool is still within the warranty period, return it to Bunnings with your receipt or proof of purchase for a warranty assessment.
