You’ll need to use a Drill with a hammer mode. Select this mode and use a multi-purpose Bit. Or try the following:

• Select high gear.
• Ensure you’re using a masonry Drill Bit in good condition.
• Ensure batteries are fully charged and in good working condition (if in doubt, test on another tool).

Standard Hammer Drills may not be suitable for more demanding masonry drilling. In this case, a RYOBI 18V ONE+ SDS Rotary Hammer Drill (R18SDS-0) is a more suitable option.
