Disconnect the tool from the air supply before any checks and keep the tool pointed away from you.
Step | Action |

1. | Remove fasteners from the tool. |
2. | Pull up on the latch and open the Jam Release. |
3. | Insert a flat blade screwdriver into the Driving Mechanism and push the driver back, freeing the jammed fastener. |
4. | Remove the jammed fastener. |
5. | Close the jam release and latch. |
6. | Reconnect the tool to the air supply. |
7. | Reinstall fasteners. |
Always ensure the correct gauge of nails is being used. We also recommend you confirm the angle required for collation nails matches that of the Nail Gun magazine specifications. The ratings plate on your Brad Nailer will dictate the specifications for your model.
Check that the nails are straight and in good condition with no corrosion.
Check that the magazine of your Brad Nailer is clean and dry with no sticky residue remaining. We recommend you do this more frequently with regular use of the tool.
