RYOBI 18V/36V Chainsaw charger not working

R36CHS12, RCS36HP, RCS1830BLX4, RCS36X4, RCS36B1
- Ensure battery is correctly inserted in charger.
- Make sure the battery isn’t hot. RYOBI batteries have overheat protection built into them.
- If the battery is too hot the charger will not start. Allow the battery to cool.
