How can we help?

f the accessory cannot be released from the quick-change collet, perform the following steps:

1. Turn the power off and remove from Power / disconnect the Battery.
2. Press the spindle lock button. Turn the quick-change collet clockwise by hand.
   
3. Press the spindle lock button to lock. Turn the quick-change collet counterclockwise by hand until you hear a sound.
   
4. Position the wrench on the nut on top of the quick-change collet. Press the spindle lock button. Turn the nut counterclockwise to open the quick-change collet. Remove the accessory.
