To unlock the saw handle:
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| Note | The RYOBI 1200W 210MM Compound Mitre Saw handle is locked down with a pin located on the right. |
| 1 | To unlock the handle, pull down the handle and hold it there. |
| 2 | Pull the locking pin all the way out. |
| 3 | Slowly bring up the saw handle and then check it operates freely up and down before use. |
To lock the saw handle:
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Pull down the handle and hold it there. |
| 2 | Push the locking pin all the way in. |
| 3 | Slowly release the handle. |
