How can we help?

To maintain your secateurs, we recommend cleaning them. 

1.  Disconnect the battery.
2.  Clean the body and handles of the product with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Don't use water and soap to clean the product.
3.  Put the nozzle of the oil tank against the screw, and pour light lubricant oil (such as sewing machine oil) to lubricate the blades.
