Safety First: Remove the battery or disconnect from power

Important: Always wear the correct protective equipment before maintenance. Dust mask or respirator P2, FFP2, or N95.

Cleaning after use

  • Keep your sander clean after every session to maintain performance.
  • Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
  • Empty the dust collection bag after each use to prevent clogging.
  • Use compressed air to clear dust from ports and internal areas.
  • Clean the sanding pad to avoid buildup that reduces efficiency.

Regular maintenance tips

  • Inspect the backing pad regularly, ensure it’s kept clean to increase hook-and-loop adhesion.
  • For corded models, check the power cord for damage and replace if frayed.
