| 1. | Start by inserting the joystick through its dust cover. On the mower, pull the joystick spindle up fully. |
| 2. | As you lower the joystick over the spindle, align the two holes on the joystick with the holes on the spindle. |
| 3. | Insert the two supplied hex screws and tighten them securely with the included hex key. Note: The hex screws are found in the parts bag supplied with the mower. |
| 4. | Then, pull the dust cover down and align its tabs with the slots in the base. Press down each tab until they click, which locks the dust cover into place. |
