Step	Action
1.	To adjust the armrest to the most comfortable operating height, remove the two retaining bolts using the supplied 8mm Allen key.
2.	Then raise or lower the armrests to the desired height, making sure both bolt holes are still in alignment with the holes in the seat frame.
3.	Reinstall the bolts and tighten them firmly. The left arm rest also adjusts forward and backward. Note: Only the left armrest is adjustable forward and back.
4.	To move the armrest, first loosen its locking knob and adjust the armrest to the desired position. Then firmly retighten the locking knob to secure the armrest in place.
