Fix a RYOBI 18V ONE+ 184mm Mitre Saw's jammed handle

If your RYOBI 18V ONE+ 184mm Mitre Saw's handle is jammed, it's possible the saw handle was pulled up or down with it's locking pin not fully in our out and is now obstructing movement.
Check that the locking pin is correctly positioned either fully out or fully in position by pulling out to unlock, or pushing in to lock.
