Can I lock a RYOBI Angle Grinder’s switch/paddle on?

  • The paddle/switch is not designed to be locked on. This is a safety measure to prevent the tool from working unintentionally.  
  • If this feature is not suitable for your application, RYOBI also offers an 18V ONE+ 125mm Angle Grinder (R18AG1) with a slide switch that can be locked on.
